The Harold Taylor Lifetime Achievement Award is presented to an Oregon Club of Portland member in recognition of his or her exemplary and distinguished commitment, dedication and service to the Oregon Club of Portland and University of Oregon Athletics.

The selection of Harold Taylor Lifetime Achievement Award shall be based on the following criteria:

• Member of the Oregon Club of Portland for at least 25 years
• Participation in a broad range of activities
• Person is still living and has demonstrated continuous support over these 25 years
