Oregon Softball Starts Season Ranked Third Nationally

The Oregon Softball season gets underway next week, as the Ducks travel to Tempe, Arizona to square off against a half dozen teams from February 8-11. As usual, the squad ranks among the nation's elite teams, entering the season ranked #3 in both the ESPN/USA Coaches Poll and USA Today/NFCA Coaches Poll

With a bevy of returning starters, including All-American pitcher Megan Kleist, as well as DJ Sanders, an All-American transfer from Louisiana who led the NCAA in home runs and RBIs in 2017, Coach Mike White's team is poised to challenge for a national title this spring.
