The March Madness surrounding Oregon Women's Basketball last season was simply incredible. After the young squad finished the season sixth in the Pac-12, the Ducks made a run in the NCAA Tournament, ultimately making it to the Elite Eight, showing just how bright the future would be.
Oregon's 2016-17 success is sure to carry over into this season and the Pac-12 coaches agree that expectations have risen for the squad, as they enter the season ranked tied for second in the Pac-12 Pre-Season Coaches Poll.
With 108 points and three first place votes, the team is tied with Stanford for second, while sitting closely behind UCLA, who tallied 115 points and seven first place votes.
This season is going to be fierce!
