DUCK FOOTBALL FANS SHOULD UTILIZE THE SCHEDULED BYE BY ANALYZING OREGON FUTURE PAC-12 GAMES
With the 3 pre-conference contests in the winning column, there are now 9 Pac-12 contests, 5 at Autzen, 4 away. None are patsies. First week bye practices are Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday, primarily for the younger players. Coaches are out recruiting with some family time and preparing game plans. First off is Cal (Autzen 7 PM) with at Colorado following. Then it’s the Oct.12 shootout in Seattle against the Purple Huskies. The improved WSU Cougars then are at Autzen before a biggie against UCLA , also at home. Long anticipated, the Stanford Palo Alto game November Nov.7 is Thursday night on ABC TV which give the Saturday before and after off. The regular season ends with Utah at Autzen, at Arizona and OSU at home Friday night Nov, 29 The Pac-12 Championship game is December 7 with North possibilities (Stanford, Washington, Oregon) against the South champions (UCLA, ASU).
Unofficial analysis say the Duck key games are at Washington and Stanford, with UCLA at Autzen . OSU will be sky high for the Civil War at Eugene and there is always the possibility of the other games providing a L for the Ducks.
